I've been married to my wonderful husband Gary now for over 38 years. I have 2 sons 37 and 32, and a 31 year old daughter in law as well. In 2005 we were blessed with our first grandchild---a granddaughter! This year, in 2008 we had our first grandson as well!! He is not quite 2 months old yet. What a joy it has been getting to spend time with our grandchildren!! Fortunately both sons, daughter in law and granddaughter all live in our city! My husband Gary retired 3 1/2 years ago, so we've spent time traveling, and now have time to do things together!

I've been a homemaker for the last 38 years. When I got married, I was a secretary/ receptionist, and worked about a half year after we married. Once we moved to Colorado from Oklahoma I stayed at home as I was expecting our first child by then. I enjoyed getting to stay home with my two sons, and do volunteer work at their schools and at our church. I love watching our grandchildren as well now!

I like to read most of all for a past time. I also like to get on the computer and do things on here. I have done scrapbooking, cross-stitch, sewing, and many other hobbies as well. I recently made a small quilted taggie blanket (blankie) for my 3 year old granddaughter and have material to make one for my grandson. My husband and I like to go to movies and travel together, and work out together as well.
